I ran my own business in South Africa for 12 years and have amassed over 16 years experience in the legal, financial and corporate services industries in South Africa, the Isle of Man and in the UK. Apart from Entrepreneurial, Marketing and Networking skills, I have specialist skills in the drafting of Wills, Estate and Estate Duty (IHT) planning, Trusts, Personal and Business Succession planning, Deceased Estate Administration (probate), Commercial Law and Agreements and the formation of Corporate Entities in South Africa and in global jurisdictions. I was the Business Development Director of the Intrust Group of Companies (Head Office in London). I was a Director Intrust (Manx) Limited, which was Licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission to provide Corporate and Trust services. The Intrust Group assisted clients with the formation and incorporation of companies, trusts and other structures in global jurisdictions as well as yacht and aircraft registration. In addition to my role as Group Director and in-house Legal Counsel, I was responsible for international business development with a focus on South African clients.
